Since our inception in 2002, we have evolved to lead with innovation, sustainability and commitment to agricultural excellence.

BEGINNINGS

Founded in 2002 in Charata, Chaco, by Daniel Kempe and Eduardo Giraudo, Italar S.R.L. has evolved from offering harvesting and fumigation services to third parties to becoming a benchmark in the production of crops such as corn, sunflower, soybeans and cotton.

The company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its cultivated area from 800 to over 11,000 hectares, combining both owned and leased land.

ARA CERTIFICATION

Since 2022, under the leadership of Daniel Kempe and Marilin Giraudo, Italar has focused its operations on the production and processing of cotton, transforming it into yarn certified under the sustainability standards of ARA (Responsible Argentine Cotton).

This commitment to quality and sustainability is reflected in its products, including high-quality cotton seeds and fiber.

Tecnosustrato Products Line

The company stands out for its focus on technological innovation and operational efficiency.

Italar has its own fleet of high-tech agricultural machinery, enabling the implementation of precision agriculture practices to optimize both production and industrial processes.

Additionally, Italar has established strategic alliances, such as its collaboration with Tecnosustrato, a leading biotechnology company in biological inputs.

This alliance aims to enhance agricultural efficiency and promote long-term sustainability by developing innovative products such as a concentrated gel that improves soil health and boosts crop yields.

XIMA Group

Italar S.R.L. is part of XIMA Group, a conglomerate of companies that includes Xima S.R.L. and Khiya S.A., focused on the industrialization and internationalization of agricultural products from Chaco.
